Situations
What we move
If it has four wheels and it is not going anywhere, start with a call. If it is outside what we handle, we will tell you who to ring instead.
Common calls
Will not start
Turns over and dies, clicks, or nothing at all. The most common call there is.
Died while driving
Lost power, overheated, or a warning light came on and the car stopped.
Flat or damaged wheel
No spare, a shredded tyre, or a wheel that will not roll safely.
After a collision
The car is drivable in theory and should not be driven in practice.
Brakes or steering gone
Anything where moving the car yourself is the dangerous option.
Getting it to the shop
A car that has sat for months and needs to reach a workshop in one piece.
Tell us the awkward part
Low clearance, an underground garage, a tight driveway, no key, locked steering, or a car on a slope. Say it on the phone, not when the truck arrives. It changes what has to turn up, and it is the difference between one trip and two.
